Hadhrat Uthmaan ( Radi allahu anhu ) narrates that he heard Rasulullaah (Sallallahu Alayhi wa Sallam)  say, "I know a statement which if a person says sincerely from his heart, he will become forbidden to the fire of Jahannam." To this, Hadhrat Umar ( Radi allahu anhu ) said, "Should I not tell you what it is? It is the statement of sincerity upon which Allaah has made Muhammad (Sallallahu Alayhi wa Sallam)   and his Sahabah ( Radi allahu anhu )  steadfast. It is the statement of Taqwa that the Nabi of Allaah (Sallallahu Alayhi wa Sallam)  had encouraged his uncle Abu Taalib to recite at the time of his death. It is to testify that there is none worthy of worship but Allaah
